Stop scrolling at bottom and top

I purchased Tigra Scroller Pro and I like it very much.

But, I need absolutely for my scrolling text in manual mode, to stop at bottom, without recycle, and reverse to stop at top without recycle.

I tried a lot of scroller, but this is the only that works well with every browser, is it possible I cannot make it work in that simple way I need?

How can I'do?
