seperate out month/day/year

is it possible by using the calendar popup to fill in a month field a seperate day field and a seperate year field? Our users have 3 seperate boxes to fill in rather than the 1 complete box.

standard version of the script doesn't support this functionality. You'll need to modify the script yourself or order customization (about 2hrs at standard rate) from us.
