Possible misdirection in script

I believe I have the proper installation done for Tigra Calendar, however when I click the icon, the URL showing up in the browser's address line just cuts off the Form portion of the URL and tries to access just the home directory where the Form is sitting. I have IE6, just loaded Tigra this morning. The CALENDAR.HTML and the 2 JS scripts both are in the same DIR as the FORM. I have these pieces of the code in the Form

In the HEADER:
<script language=Javascript src="calendar2.js"></script>

In the FORM ELEMENT:
<input type=text name=Build_Date value="">
<a href=""javascript:cal1.popup();">
<img src="img/cal.gif">
</a>

After the FORM END TAG:
<script language="JavaScript">
var cal1 = new calendar2(document.forms[0].elements[0]);
</script>

It does make sense that I should not see this directory, the HTML is in a Cold Fusion (CFM) file.

Any ideas? What might I be pointing to incorrecty?

Thanks

Alan
