Applying charset to the scroll area

Is there a possibility to apply different charset to a scroll area? I have to use charset="iso-8859-2" for my main page and I would like to apply the same charset for the scroll area. Unfortunatelly, in IE charsets are mixed up, and I see mess in my scroller. Moziila works great. You can see my problem at http://www.datasec.pl/test/

Can't see any control disfunction at the URL mentioned.

Yeah :) I have solved problem myself... But - thanks for looking :)
