tree state not maintained when tree is displayed in a Frame

Hi,

i am facing the following problem. When i click an item deep in the tree and refresh the page, the tree state is maintained but the selected item does not remain Highlighted. i am using framesets and the tree is displayed inside an IFrame in one of the frames.
