Start Tree Menu form a certain node

Hey,

I recently purchased Tree Menu Pro and it's great just wonderful, saved me heaps of time. But i have a question, how would i go about adding the ability to specify a start node.

For example i would like to have certian people only view certain parts of the tree (the permission stuff i can handle fine - i just need to know how to specify a starting node).

What dou you mean 'Starting node'?

Like if i have a big tree with several parents node's and all the children off them (as per a normal tree menu). I want to specify to show only node from a specfied node.

Like for example

1
- 1.1
- 1.2
-1.2.1
-1.2.2
2
- 2.1
- 2.2
- 2.2.1
- 2.2.2

If i have users that can only see the root tree of 1. I'm trying to figure out a way that if i specify a number in this case "1" it would only show the number 1 and it's children. 2 wouldnt be shown at all.
