Calendar displays well below the date field

My popUp calendar appears to be functioning correclty but it's displaying about 200px below (and 40px or so right of) my date field.

Does anyone know what the positioning is based on or how to adjust it?

Is that free or PRO version? Free version doesn't position pop-up window relatively to the input box, it uses screen coordinates (can be found in window.open statement in calendar?.js)
