Update forms for Tigra Tree Pro and MySQL

I am a big fan of the Tigra Tree menu especially when used from a MySQL db. What I needed was a set of forms to manage the data entry process while building and maintaining the menus... Here are the results.

They should be functional and easy to configure...

But I am not a professional Developer... Just a preacher who loves Jesus

Thank you for your submission. I just want to mention that whatever works for Tigra Tree Menu PRO will also work for free version and for drop down menus. They all share the same format of the items structure.

Hmmmm...

I had not thought about that as I only use the tree right now.... So the forms should work for the other menu styles ... but the forms probably won't display right unless they are reformatted... maybe someone else will put a table section across the top for that style...
