Naughty IE Displays White instead of Clear Background

Hello, I have just installed 1.5 Scroller, and it works fine in Firefox, but in IE I get a white background. I read another post that mentioned the same problem in the reply you provided a zip file to fix it. I downloaded that zip file and extracted the two changed files, but that didn't fix it. I still get the white background instead of the clear in IE.

What else can be tried?
