Nested Hints?

I would like to create a nested hint - meaning you hover over the main object and it brings up the hint window, and within the hint window you would hover over items and get another hint window (so two hint windows would appear on the screen at the same time - one a child of the other).

Is this possible? I tried it and I got the main hint window, but hovering did not produce a second hint window.
