Multiple lines for a single validation

Is it possible to have multiple checks to validate a single sections?

For example:

Q1. Have you ever had:

a. apples yes () no ()
b. pears yes () no ()
c. grapes yes () no ()

They MUST answer yes or no for each. If one of the lines is not answered, then highlight Q1.

I am doing this because I have a questionnaire with @ 70 questions. If I run validator with all fields blank then I get no error alert. Doing the above would cut this down greatly.
