Using Tigra Hints in .jsp files

I'm having alot of issues trying to get the Hints to work with jsp files. I want to create the help list from cycling through the database.

If you could provide a skeleton of how this would look that would be great.

Tigra Hints is pure client side component so server side technology used doesn't matter.
